Being the result of cross breeding other tulipa varieties, this is now a variety in its own right. As a member of the Triumph tulip family it has a wonderful large flower head on a strong and tall stem. It slowly emerges from its bed of blueish green foliage and grows into a tall and beautiful scarlet red flower. Like all Triumph tulips, it can easily take wind and rain.
